WHO WE ARE

Arik Kotkowski Baca is a strategic advisor focused on cross-border enterprise,

operational restructuring, and international risk. Raised between Ciudad Juárez and El

Paso, he brings a direct understanding of the economic and cultural forces that drive the

U.S.–Mexico border region and its role in the nation’s productive base.

• Arik has lived and worked in Estonia, Israel, China, Germany, and Mexico, building experience in manufacturing, trade, innovation, and international policy. Fluent in seven languages, he helps organizations secure supply chains, reclaim operational capacity, and expand their presence in competitive markets.

• His career spans logistics, economic development, consulting, government affairs, politics and technology. While based in Germany, he advised Fortune 500 firms on safeguarding investments and navigating geopolitical risk. He has launched and restructured companies in Mexico City, the United States, and Europe, with a focus on restoring efficiency, driving growth, and building long-term resilience.

• Arik holds a B.A. in Counter-Terrorism from Reichman University in Israel, an Masters in International Business from Hult International Business School in Shanghai and Boston, and a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Barcelona.

Michael Massey is a global strategist operating at the intersection of technology and

geopolitics. Born in Manila and raised across Bangladesh, Norway, the United States, and

Mexico, he brings a grounded understanding of international systems shaped by firsthand

experience. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Norwegian, his work has taken him across borders

and institutions where discretion, discipline, and strategic clarity were essential.

• Michael has cultivated expertise in emerging technologies, including crypto currencies, blockchain, quantum computing, and artificial intelligence, focusing on how technological breakthroughs shift global markets, national security priorities, and balances of power. His early professional work placed him in sensitive educational environments across Texas and Arizona, where he developed the ability to align complex systems with practical outcomes and long-term institutional goals. He has since advised private-sector innovators, policy networks, and international operators navigating the intersection of advanced technology, capital flows, and national interest.

• Now based in Colorado and closely connected to the American Southwest, he is focused on advancing strategies that strengthen America’s position in the global arena while expanding the region’s role as a center of production, innovation, and cross-border enterprise.
